Hello.
I just want to make sure if it is wrong way to use Folligen Spray or Cream after Folligen Therapy shampoo & conditioner, I mean on the same day.
I find it easier to spread thoroughly Folligen Spray/Cream on the freshly cleansed moist scalp.

Or should I alternate shampoo day and Folligen day, for example as I wash my hair every other day?

Yes. You can use your Folligen scalp product on the same day as your regular use of Folligen Shampoo and Conditioner.

We recommend to wash your hair as needed and try to avoid overwashing. The wash schedule for hair when depend on each individual's hair and scalp type and the type of styling agents or products they use. Those with oilier hair/oily scalp may need to wash more often than those with dry hair/dry scalp. But all should avoid excessive shampooing.

A clean scalp will give the best penetration of your Folligen Cream or Folligen Spray.
