I use minoxidil and folligen on my scalp. I have just started doing apple cider vinegar soaks/rinses after I shampoo in the shower because many claim it helps scalp itching and inflammation.

Is there any issue with using apple cider vinegar and folligen or minoxidil?

Is apple cider vinegar harmful to the scalp in any way?
