A bottle of Folligen Spray should last three months. Emu Oil about 2 months.

Apply the products lightly to your scalp.

stuff lasts me a long time...5 or so months since I have a buzz cut and can more carefully apply the solution.

I always give it a good shake before each use since the bottle sits around for so long. Not sure what good shaking does exactly but its a habit now : )
