I just received the Hair Signal Therapy Cream and would like to know if I can combine it minoxidil while applying. Should I apply the cream first, then then minoxidil or visa versa? Or, should I apply it separately? I am applying this to the frontal part of my scalp and hair line where I have hair loss. (BTW: I'm using Minoxidil 3% enhanced with Azelaic Acid.)

Apply the minoxidil first and let it dry for a few minutes. Then apply the Hair Signals Cream.
