Currently i use Folligen Shampoo and conditioner; i love it! I just wanted to incorporate supplements into my hair care routine. I do not have bald patches or major thinning however, my hair is not as full as it once was. I would like to maintain what i have. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you! |

MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is a sulfur donor. Sulfur is needed by the body for healthy keratin production. It can be found in most health food or supplement outlets. For clients interested in added to their regimen, Dr. Pickart recommends starting at 2-4 grams daily. Perhaps others will post their experiences taking MSM.
