I heard on another forum that you shouldnt wear foundation with La Roche Posay because the minerals in makeup degrade the avobenzone in this which in turn generates free radicals.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
Sunsceens seem quite confusing at times!
Does anyone know a good mexoryl sunscreen that dosent have avobenzone in it?

Yes, the minerals in the foundation can catalyze the photodegradation of avobenzone. That's why the TiO2 in the sunscreen it self is coated. Don't know about the increase in free radicals, but photodegraded avobenzone can't be good and doesn't protect you.

I think there are very few products with Mexoryl that have no avobenzone. You also might consider avobenzone free sunscreens with Tinosorb.
