zinc oxide sunscreens again

I have been using zinc oxide sunscreens for a long time now. Can it dehydrated skin and cause dry looking lines or rough skin? Has anyone had this problem. Confused?

I really cannot say they are bad but many women think that zinc oxide sunblocks caused damage to their skin.
