Can anyone please tell me "how" they take their MSM? I have been looking online for a good MSM, but they all say 1500 mgs, 1000 mgs, etc? And arent we supposed to be taking only 1gr how do we know whats 1 gr?? I'm so confused here,..also, how do you know if the MSM your taking is the correct one..I see some with other names..like MSM w/Glucosamine etc? or MSM w/Glucosamine Chindroitin? Which one should I take?

Oh my head is about to spin right off! Please help!!

I have been taking the one from walmart, but I am going to go with a vitacost brand next time. 1,000 mg. = 1 gram. I take one or two capsules per day.

No one really knows exactly what to take. I take MSM with Glucosamine which seems as good as any.

Some of our clients take 8 grams of MSM daily after severe hair loss with good results.

Dr Pickart - tell me do you think at any point SkinBio is going to do a skin supplement containing the recommended supplements that were written about in your book (things like msm, vit C, borage oil or anything?). I am thinking that you seemed to have done a lot of the ground work (working out daily dozes) so was wondering if that was on the radar at all?

We may in time but now we are busy working on reformulating the products to improve stability and quality.

I think it would be really good, as your products are really done to a high standard, and I know if you did supplements that you would do the same with those. Bravo!

Understand though that reformulating the products to improve stability and quality is the major priority at the moment but do hope we will see something from you in the future!
