Apparently, a Chinese study showed it helped with melasma. It's always been touted as an excellent antioxidant, and one that helps skin. Is it worth adding to the supplement routine? It can be expensive.

It is an antioxidant from grapeseeds.

It is a good antioxidant. Skin actions are rather minor. It has been studied for many years.
