I've been using this in a spray and I have to admit, apart from feeling better and sleeping well, my skin looks a lot better too. I was wondering if anyone else uses this.

If the ratio of calcium to magnesium is too high, it is felt to cause heart problems and other issues. Finland has the highest ratio and the highest heart attack level. The USA is second in the ratio and heart attacks.
