Hey. just wanted to know. i live in mumbai and i have been trying to get MSM from the chemists but so far havent to get my hands on them.

I have been told given names of sm other tablets which inlude (i) MSM (but only 250 gms) with glucosamine and diacerin and (ii) another tablet which once inlude MSM (but only 250 gms)with glucosamine and chondroiton.

I cant lay my hands on just MSM supplements. Is there any other term used for MSM?

MSM is also known as dietary sulfur.

You can also take SAM-e, S-adenosylmethionine, which has a methionine component.

The methionine complements the proteins you eat (methionine and phenylalanine are relatively lacking in most foods) and has a thiol (sulfur-containing) group.

i have noted down the names and will check with the local chemists... ..will let u know whether i do manage to get MSM...

Any brand is OK if it is from a reputable company. Just buy on price.
