There's a very long, interesting thread on the acne.org forum about taurine, insulin resistance, skin, hormones, clogged pores and slow skin turnover, liver issues, and well, it covers all sorts of things we here may concern ourselves with Even though I'm not fighting acne anymore, I still added taurine to my supplements recently since it seems to help with insulin (and hormonal probs) and liver.
