Hi Dr Pickart and folks,

Is anyone pregnant now and is using any of the CP products now? Can anyone recommand any safe Acne products to use during pregnancy?

Does CP or bioheal helps to reduce the acne or scars form during the pregnancy?

I've read that it is best to aviod retinoid, SA acid, oral Roccotune also.
Currently im taking neems supplements to help keeps my acne at bay and its doing good for me, but however i have read that neems if consume during pregnancy will cause miscarriage and stuff? =(

Dr Pickart, i would like to know if during pregnancy, can i still consume neems leaves and does any of the CP products or even bioheal helps to heal acne during pregnancy?

I saw from the bioheal product line's comments that bioheal helps in clearing acne and scars? IS that true?

Thanks in advances =)

CP Serum is the best to use during pregnancy. Many of our clients have used our products during pregnancies - up to having 3 children.

There is a page that discusses copper and pregnancy at www.skinbiology.com/copperhealth.html.

The major issue in pregnant women is too little copper in their bodies.

Hi Dr. Pickart,

thanks for your reply =)

So is bioheal safe too for use during pregnancy?

I think im kind of in love with bioheal now as it does helps to calm down my pimples. Can i use bioheal everyday on the whole face or just the spot itself?

Regards,

peachtea

Hi Dr Pickart,

i saw from the product list that bioheal contains salicylic acid?? So which means it will not be safe to use during pregnancy? Frowner

By the way, as i have already open the bioheal bottle, may i know if there is any expiry date after opening bottle?

Actually im still quite confuse, does bioheal helps in the new pitted scarrings, old pitted scarrings or , Acne?

Will it be better if i apply bioheal right after needling to speed up and help level up the pitted scars?

All of the products are safe. But everyone is more cautious during pregnancy.

Salicylic acid can reduce blood clotting but the salicylic acid callus removers made by major companies have no warnings about pregnancy.
