Hello all,
I've been using SB products on and off for a few years now. I already have very nice skin to start with and am looking for a good anti-aging routine, facing the big 4-0 next year Nervous lol

After lots of experimentation I eventually figured out I was one of the 'unlucky' people whose skin is very sensitive to SCRPs. Even P&R daycover would make my skin all wrinkly where previously I had no wrinkles. I stopped using SCRPs and just kept on using squalane and Lacsal in my routine. About a month ago I decided to try again this time using Super-GHK cream instead of 2nd gen SCRPs. I've been going veeeeeery slowly, my routine is

AM
Squalane
Super-GHK cream (very lightly)
TTT around eyes and lower face

PM
Exfol or Lacsal
Squalane
TTT around eyes and lower face

And so far so good!!! My skin is all nice and glowy, and so far no wrinklies to report. I am so happy I gave it another try with Super-GHK Thumbs UP!

I still hope to be able to use Daycover one day; I would love if SB made a 'Daycover' equivalent using the GHK-Cu. A lot of sunscreen formulations conflict with face creams so I would really prefer to use SB's sunscreen formulation.

I do have a question, I am currently testing out a sample of Emu oil-S and it makes my skin itchy, especially around the eyes and neck. Has anyone else experienced this and does it go away eventually? I don't have any problems with squalane.

Some people prefer Emu Oil, others the Squalane. Use whatever works best for yourself.

Is azelaic acid a strong enough exfoliator to use? I have a friend who has developed rosacea (at age 30) and in researching products has been finding that all acids other than azelaic supposedly irritate skin with rosacea.

The hydroxy acids are safer exfoliators.
