I heard that regular aerobic exercise is good for skin, because it allows blood to flow through the skin, but what about lifting weights? Right after I lift weights, my scars are bloodshot red, but they get darker and not as red a little while later. Is this helping or hurting the scars in the long run?

Any good exercise is good for skin.
The only problem is extreme weightlifting that causes skin rips. |

Thats interesting Dr Pickart, I'm curious as to which products then you would recommend to weightlifters to use on their skin. Could they perhaps use the body lotion to help their skin (and muscles) recuperate faster after a workout?

Yes, the copper peptides would help the skin.
As for muscles, there are no studies. But I think that GHK-copper works on all tissues and its effects on stem cells may mean it help rebuild all tissues. Look at http://reverseskinaging.com/GH...untain_of_Youth.html |

Perfect - thank you Dr Pickart!
