I went ahead and looked up some things myself figuring that the veins must be weak if they are bursting.I don't want to just try to keep getting rid of somethingAFTER it appears and would prefer to head any more off.But it always comes down to the same thing of really probably cleaning the liver out and taking mega doses of vitamin C for two years.Or forever I suppose.Leafy greens lots.All that...

The electric currents are not that mild. Expect some pain. But they often do remove spider veins.
