Depending on what I read, some folks swear by it, while others seem to swear it's caused more creasing and lines than they previously had.

I'm an aggressive facial exerciser, but I'm wondering whether I'm doing more damage than good. I think part of this may be tied up in the fact I've got the "uglies" (I think) pretty bad right now from the early stage of CP use.

Thoughts guys?

The Two Timing Tightener can help you through the early stages of skin remodeling. It has algae mucopolysaccharides and DMAE to tighten your skin.

Hi, I too am an avid facial exerciser. I discovered copper peptides on a facial exercise forum. I have been using Super CP Serum and doing the Ageless if You Dare exercise program since March of this year. I believe the two complement one another. I have had short periods of wondering what the heck I am doing, only to turn another corner and be thrilled with what I see in the mirror. Hang in there with the exercises and the CP's. I fully believe both are well worth the effort and worth the occasional "uglies." ~ Mags

hey i am an avid facial exerciser too. I follow the CFF by Carolyn Cleaves for a year now. I guess Ageless is the one which has been structured by Loulou? I have heard that this has a very brief routine? I am thinking of including another wrk out routine hence the question.

I have just started using the reg CP serum. been 6 weeks now. and i have noticed a distinct line under my right eye after i started using the CPs. earlier this was a very faint line but now it looks very prominent and seciallly when i wake up? shall i just continue with this regime and things will improve with time?

regards

Newskinstudent - when you say your an aggressive facial exerciser - do you mean you following an aggressive program, or doing your own thing - either way love to hear more. I have been aggressive with my face for so long now and all the people that have warned me in the past that I was doing damage and would end up with lose skin were just plain wrong. Nothing could be further from the truth!

Maggie - hi and welcome, I'm a passionate facial exerciser too, and have used both CPs and facial exercises with great success - they a winning combo - so Maggie welcome to the club. Both CPs and Facial Exercises work from the inside out, and so sometimes the changes will take place deep beneath the surface and won't show up immediately to the extent that they will a year from now - so have faith and keep up the good work! Lou's designed a great system that is fast and effective and she deserves all the credit she gets, and has always had an amazing writing style - I wish I was as talented!

Deekhush - I think this has been answered for you already in that other thread by both myself and Dr Pickart, but again I would say if your having doubts check in with Carolyn on this one. Sometimes it might be the skin going through its stages of remodelling and rejuvenating. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will people's faces which have been neglected for so many years.

Well she might be able to tweak it for you, or have suggestions as to how you can intensify or make the workout more aggressive in its nature (and/or effects). Its always worth checking with a trainer as sometimes there are simple things such as varying the hold, or even extending the count that will really work the muscles more aggressively!
