Could Dr Pickart list some common ingredients in skin care products that he believes are harmful, so that it is easier for forum members to evaluate other products. Unless this is an extremely long list and not really feasible to put up Smiler

That is an excellent idea, David. I would find this useful as well.

Dr. Pickart, thank you for adding this section. I have come to rely on your advice as it has made a HUGE difference in my skin in a rather short period of time. I'm spending less money, and seeing better results.

I'm grateful.

Smiler

I will keep adding to the list but it takes time. We just sent off Reverse Skin Aging to the printer and I have much more time to visit the Chat group.

I'm quite sickened that all these cosmeutical industries release products that damage skin. After damaging my skin with Adidas face wash, I depended on these type of products to heal me, but they just worsened me and my health.

Roke, you wrote:

Would you please motivate, with supporting scientific references and likewise, offer alternatives.

I work almost daily with the latter and have yet to see a valid reason why they should not be used for their intended purpose if properly selected and formulated.

Regards

Stuart
