Dr Pickart,
I understand that Dianayvonne is an autherised seller of yours. I recently placed an order with her, which was never delivered and despite my attempts to contact her ive had no response. I'm obviously dissapointed.

I was of the impression that she was reliable and trustworthy. Has anyone else had problems.

I have been expecting a refund from dianavyonne.com through Paypal since September 2nd and still have not received it as of yet.

I dropped a note on her message board, again without any response despite the fact she logged on today and would have seen my message.
I'll try dropping her another email.

Hi AB,

I did receive an e-mail from them, but still no refund. I am in mind that they must be short of staff at the moment. I will be patient and give it another week for the refund. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon.

I hope you are able to resolve your issue as well.

O.K i finally received an email from Traci, she apologised and will resend my order. I can only assume the original delivery was lost in the post. She asked me to notify her if the original delivery shows up. Apparently it can take up to year for a parcel to be returned back to the sender if undelivered.

I have ordered several times from her, and each time there was a mistake with the order. I ordered a full size of green cream and she sends me a sample instead. I have called and sent her an email. She has not bothered to address my concerns...I M SO DONE WITH HER.....

I have been trying to reach them for two weeks now about an order that never arrived. I've sent an email to Traci, to Diana, have left a voice mail, etc... Does anyone know of a more successful method of getting a response?
