HydroDerm "younger looking skin"
Anyone heard of this stuff? http://www.hydroderm.com/hydro/index.cfm?action=promo&pc=hydrodermcom7

I wonder if it's something that just wets the surface proteins and thus would not be recommended.

Bagheera,

I wasted my money on this product several years ago before I started learning about skincare and the difference between real actives and the hyped advertising and marketing of most ineffective products out there. I was very disapointed especially since I ordered it through Life Extension Foundation, who highly endorse this product. Buyer beware Roll Eyes

The "skin wetting" products just speed skin aging in the long run.

This is not an evaluation of the efficacy or safety of Hydroderm topical skincare, but the FDA sent a warning letter to Hydroderm Beverly Hills in 2005 for violations of Federal,Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (labeling and advertising).

FDA Warning Letter to Hydroderm Beverly Hills

p.s. Their Internet ads sure use visual effects very well.

Also, I personally dislike Life Extension Foundation's general use of pseudo-science to market wellness to the masses.

I don't like Life Extension either. They make many false or exaggerated claims, and their prices are outrageous. Mad
