Will lecithin in a skin product have the same effect as hyaluronic acid (keep the skin wet and cause wrinkles)? I want to use an azelaic acid gel in addition to my copper peptide products, but the gel contain lecithin.

Lecithin will be much better. It is primarily fats and will provide help to the skin barrier.
