I wrote dozens of e-mails trying to find out where is my order made on March,1 with # 5812! I placed one order on Feb. 25, it was shipped on March 10. I placed another order (# 5812)to be shipped at a different address at a different city and its status is "SHIPPED", BUT there is NO tracking number! The customer service ignores all my e-mails, faxes and calls! Frowner
PLEASE, SOLVE THIS PROBLEM!!!!

We will check on it.

The problem is that we do not get a tracking information until the Postal System in Russia returns information. Sometimes this is slow.

I would check with your Postal Service if I were you. A friend in Latvia had a problem with sloooooow delivery as his order was hung up in Finland. Often times orders once they leave the US get hung up along the way which is out of the shippers control.

He finally got his order Smiler, but his system isn't that great & it took longer than expected.

The tracking info on the first order.

Track & Confirm
Search Results
Label/Receipt Number: CJ35 1536 895US
Status: International Dispatch

Your item left the United States from FOREIGN CENTER, JERSEY CITY NJ 099 at 11:38 AM on March 10, 2009.

Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

For the second order, we will find and forward the number to you.

We had one recent order to Latvia sitting in Finland for several weeks.

I am currently in New York City so I cannot directly check on the second number number.

Dear Dr.Pickart, please, look after the people who gathers and ships orders!
I still haven't sold my problem yet! Your employee Cassia gave me a tracking number for my second order...It arrived in Russia BUT your people put the address of the first order!!!! And this is in a different city.I would love to get my order in Moscow, NOT in ROSTOV-ON-DON! Wink

Wow!Your name "Screamianka" seems to suit you.
It may be your"nerves"affecting your skin and not the service of Skin Biology. You are awfully rude and demanding in your e.mails.It doesn't seem like such a long time to get there since you ordered this month!I am always very surprised at how quickly I receive my orders!
No one ships that fast!I think they have great customer service and the fact that the Doctor responds himself is unheard of!Maybe things are different where you live but I should think you are lucky to be able to receive this product at all.Sorry!I was just apalled by this e.mail.

I am back from New York and we are fixing the order problems.

There was a mistake at our office with the order and we are re-sending the products.

Dear Glowing, I was very polite and quiet first two weeks when I wrote my first 10 e-mails to customer service...But when all of them remained unreplied - I contacted Dr.Pickart!
