<Begin of rant>

1. The emu oil I ordered leaked all over the package. I lost around 1/5th of the content. My previous order for Folligen Spray ended up in similar way. Then, I have complained via email and phone call, but I guess they were all futile attempts to improve the packaging.

2. Bonus items. I requested for one of the scent as a bonus item and naturally, I didn't receive it. Anybody who reads English, understands your bonus policy but what bothers me is that in this computer age, can you not update the bonus page on your website to show what is available and what is not? As it stands, I lose one of the bonus item without any replacement made by you. If I know their availability, I can choose some other product. Right now it's like playing the lottery. It is kind of irritating when you don't get what you ordered. Perhaps you should stop giving bonuses altogether?

As for the leakage, we are aware of the problem. We buy our containers from the same supplier but it seems that they must have changed the containers products in some way that makes it difficult to seal some containers. Maybe they are making them cheaper.

We are working on this.

As for the bonuses, we will try to fix this. Skin Biology is a research company and not the best equipped order fulfillment company. I could get investors to provide money to improve the physical functioning of the company but then they would only want to sell and promote cheap junk. I and my wife own Skin Biology and want to keep on our present track.

I should've informed you that my issues were dealt with and I'm very happy with the result. I guess I should've posted this earlier.

On another matter; if you want investors to invest in your company, let me know. I'll be the first in line..

Thanks, but I don't want investors. My goal is to find ways to make the copper peptides more effective for users and put together a complete theory on the biochemical mechanism of action of the CPs.

I have published 18 review articles on the copper peptides. In the next one, the theory will be finally complete.

The effects of the CPs are becoming more interesting.
