I'm from South Korea,my name is Saule Zhanbakiyeva
On January, 29th, 2009. I have ordered: Emu Oil S for Skin P&R for Breasts, Nipples and Decolletage Order #: 4888 But I have forgotten to add Free bonuses and then I have ordered bonuses the separate order right after the first order and i have paid delivery for bonuses 23$ Folligen Cream (Bonus) Super Cop 2X - Extra Strength (Bonus) Order #: 4889 Both orders are made in same day on January, 29th, 2009. Today I have received the order, but in it there were no bonuses. I do not understand, why in a parcel have not put bonuses, for them even was separately delivery has been paid 23$, both orders are made in one day. Send urgently to me bonuses!!!!!!!!! It is shocking, I have paid money, but have not received the order. Check up once again Order #: 4889 and send me my order!!!!!!!!!! I wrote to yours Customer Service, but have not received till now the answer. I am very malicious!!!!! I have paid money, but I can not receive the order!!!!!!! |

We will contact you directly. I have informed the staff of what occurred with your orders. For future reference though, bonuses must be added to the cart at the time of placing the primary order. Because the system is automated, trying to add bonuses after the order has been placed only causes problems. But will contact you directly. And this Order #: 4889 I wrote more than 20 letters to you. And you wrote, that you will directly contact with me . But until now I did not get not a single answer from you. I live in other country, why I would have to phone in the order and spend money for international bells. For this purpose there is e-mail Why you give your E-mail address, if ignore the letters of buyers. What a problem , I paid separately for bonuses shipping 23$. Please be assured that your card was not charged for the bonuses that were not sent out. We would not charge clients the International Priority Mail rate for the shipment of free small bonuses. Your card has not been charged the $23 for shipping. We handle all customer service and order concerns through direct contact with our clients, not through the message board. So right now we are sending you a private reply. For future reference though please make sure you are emailing: customerservice@skinbiology.com and allow time for us to respond. We receive up to hundreds of emails a day and it does take time to reply to each one individually. At times we've noticed clients have accidentally sent emails to an incorrect address.
