According to the tracking information on receipt CJ 351 717 178 US
available from/ [that I can see at] the USPS site, the parcel is in
Italy. (

Could you please verify the delivery address? When I placed the order, I
specified the address in Russia and that's where I'd like the package to
be delivered. If there has been an error, could you please take the
necessary measures to reroute the package.

I wrote to the customer service, but I have not get ANY answer.
