I wrote more than 10 e-mails to you and GOT NO REPLY! At least, you could have sent few words saying you are busy with my problem or something...But, instead, you prefer to IGNORE e-mails the answers to which you don't have...This REALLY discredits Dr.Pickart and his products...
My advice is to pay attention to all your customers, regardless of their country of origin! People are willing to pay money for your goods and by your service you discourage them from doing it.
