Hey,
Im going to go back to rolling. 1 'professional' treatment gone bad isnt going to scar/scare, me off for life...so, now I am doing it for myself. I use my .2mm everyday, and LOVE micro swelling effects I have poked a few scars with a very tiny diabetic needle, and also used a larger needle to break the tether under some scars,..PAINFUL, and I see results, after about 5 weeks now. I am definatley going to continue this, and now want a 1.5 roller to use. Any suggestions on what brand is best? I dont want to spend an absolute fortune, but dont want a cheap and nasty one either. I plan to roll lightly, but often. Follow rolling with super cps, and emu oil. Thanks in advance for any help |

Celestial,
I have had good luck with the Dr. Roller brand. It is available on Amazon & Ebay & doesn't cost a fortune. You do NOT need to ROLL aggressively for it to work... |

Thanks Stoney!
I wont be rolling like the Dr did me... she rolled non stop for an hour. It was hideous. Lots of blood, and massive infection as a result... I roll with the .2mm daily, id like to try the 1.5 gently, and combine with individual needling. Now to order more super Cps, and emu oil im nearly out! the last order lasted me well over a year I think I may have just scrubbed my face 'off' with my dermabrasion cloth... I have a habit of getting a bit excited with it. |

Wow Celestial, Sorry to hear that...so much for a professional!
Lightly ROLLING is all you need to do to help break up the surface of scars. It also allows CPs to penetrate deeper which then stimulates NEW collagen production & allows stuck scars to start to move, pushing up closer to the surface. This happens only in a matter of days after a ROLL. It is NOT always pretty though I have learned alot about acne-related scars. They are NOT just one big scar pc under the skin, rather clusters of little fragments with usually one big scar in the center. Some of the bumps buried under my skin turned out to be one single fibrous ball or clump. But the oldest, deepest damage was all in fragments & can take months to heal a BAD spot. Overall, perfection can be achieved but you have to work on it the best you can. I am still at it with REMARKABLE results up to date!... |

Its really great to hear you have had such great results stoney
I plan to do this for as long as it takes...my skin is quite scarred and I know this will take over a year, of non stop dedication..I got mostof my scarring from being BURNED by C02 laser. Have you ever done individual needling?? I did some tonight and poked the life out of some scars, as a test, breaking up the walls of the scar, and poking the center too- I did try to insert a needle under the scar, but it was more difficult than id expected.. Ive heard of doing 'saline injections' have you? Im using tiny fine diabetic needles, the ones they use the the pens, not a syringe needle. Soon I will roll lightly every 40 days with the 1.5mm, while I continue to use the 2.mm every second day- with the individual needleing, the super cps, emu oil, and my beloved dermabrasion cloths! vitamin supplements, and a happy stressfree life... all I want is an IMPROVMENT.... |
