Hey Everyone. So about six months ago, I banged my shin into the corner of the bed. A scab formed, but I accidentally shaved it off. (I know) Anyways, now a scar has formed. it is red, and there is a slight indent. The good news is, there is still hair growing out if it. So, any suggestions on how to heal the redness. Also, any insight into how long it will take for the redness to go away? Thanks.

Dear klunkers:
Thanks for posting - For removing scars, bumps, bruises, and any other blemishes caused by skin damage, please see our information at: Get Rid of Blemishes with Copper-Peptides Basically you'll want to use a mild copper-peptide product to trigger faster skin renewal. Our Protect & Restore Body Lotion (Basic/Unscented) is a perfect body lotion with strong skin repair properties. Or use TriReduction Cream as a spot treatment to the area. Use of a mild hydroxy acid exfoliator to break down damage and increase the skin cell turnover rate may also be helpful. Use LacSal Cream at the opposite end of the day for best results.
