hello

I am trying to treat scarred and enlarged pores on my face with skin roller and copper peptides but I am not sure what is the best skin roller to buy and what needle length? 1.5 mm, 0.75mm, 1mm????

I would greatly appreciate any input.

thanks

Needle size - used for
0.25mm - baldness, fine wrinkles, gray or thinning hair (and to help topicals penetrate)
0.5mm - alopecia, deeper wrinkles, face rejuvenation
1.0mm - loose elasticity, cellulite, stretch marks, skin pigmentation
1.5mm - acne scars, large pores, deep wrinkles, anti-aging, chicken pock scars
2.0mm - surgical scars, stretch marks, deep pitted acne
2.5mm - deep scars, body lifting, severe acne

I don't think anything lower than 1 mm will cause collagen induction.

Summerwave, thanks for your reply.

So now I know I need a 1.5mm roller. Is there any good quality roller that you would recommend.
I found these two which look very similar but one is a lot cheaper:
http://www.dermarollers.com/order.html
http://dr-roller.eu/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=22&Itemid=42
any inputs would be greatly appreciated.
thanks.

Hi Saman... the second link is the exact roller I have, Dr. Roller. At least one other person here uses that one too. I bought mine on Amazon and others have bought from Ebay.

Saman,

If you purchase the Dr. Roller that Summerwave & I have, you should get many, many uses out of it...I've been using mine for almost 4 months...it's still "sharp as can be"...

Also, Do yo have any "little, white bumps" trapped under your skin???

Have you ever used BP (benzoyl peroxide)???

...just curious???

That's "Great to Hear" Saman that you haven't really used BPs...otherwise you would have a "far greater" mess on your hands (actually your face)!!!

If you adopt a "good routine" using LacSal on one end the day & SRCPs on the other along with Emu Oil, I think you will see some "Amazing Results" once you start using the Dermaroller...

Keep in mind....no matter what...it still WILL take time...so don't give up!!!! Thumbs UP!
