I have a slightly raised mole on upper lip.

Just by spot treating the mole with "Super Cop 2X Extra Strength" is enough or do I need any additional products.

Also, do I REALLY need to scratch the surface prior to spot treating with Super 2X ?

Someone said Super Cop 2X alone is enough to treat moles.

My experience is that Super Cop 2X alone is not enough to spot treat and remove moles.

I recently abraded a small raised mole that was underneath my eyebrow and applied Neosporin to the scab and then after the scab fell off, I began applying Super Cop 2X to it. So far, the spot is still red and definitely noticeable, so it's too soon for me to say whether the Super Cop 2X is going to help me, or not.

By the way, I WOULDN'T suggest you do what I did. I am just telling you my experience so that you do the OPPOSITE of it. I wish I had never abraded the mole. It was underneath my eyebrow and no one could see it but me, but now EVERYONE can see the red mark that is left from it. Frowner

Good luck and I hope you get some information from others that will steer you in the right direction.

I have heard of people using castor oil to remove moles. Supposedly, if you soak a small bandage in the oil and leave it on the mole for a few days eventually the mole will sort of dry up and fall off on it's own. You can to keep the area covered in a fresh coat of castor oil, so maybe change the bandage/band-aid once a day or so. I've read on numerous forums about this method working, and castor oil is so cheap it wouldn't hurt to try for a week and see if it works for you?

You should alternate the Super Cop with a relatively strong hydroxy acid.
