I kinda agree...I've just been using the "common sense approach" to apply my CP once the skin is more open right after rolling...I think I've been waiting 1/2 hr before applying emu oil as to not dilute the CP...

Actually, I hate to leave my freshly cleansed skin "open to the elements so to speak"...I usually apply something right after using my properly PH'd cleanser....I somehow feel that dirt might get in there & I'll seal it in...

I'm sure that is just from years of "habit"....

I usually apply SCPS, roll, then apply more serum right away. If my skin can take it, I also apply Retin-A after the serum. Then later, the Emu. It's been working for me.

Actually, (Little Buddy) I think I did that once, but may have forgotten that last week....I may try that again this week...but not sure?

Are you icing???

Maybe that's why I didn't do it...I didn't make sense to apply CPs after icing since the pores where closed... Confused?

I'm not sure if that would make much difference driving the CPs in by applying them both before & after rolling...

...see what I'm saying?

I know my skin can take it because I am still spot treating with Super Cop 2X on a few spots, but why not just apply a nice dose after rolling???

I didn't ice the last couple times. I don't seem to need it on the lower half of my face anymore. I mean, yes, it hurts, but I just endure it with the goal in mind.

Thanks for all suggestion about Dermaroller Thumbs UP!. Next time I will try like the doctor suggest and summerwave do that apply the serum before and after suddenly rolling. I can not wait for the next time Laughing.

Stoney, as you suggest me for the stop BP. Now I have to take it to infection area again. Because after I stopped many many pustule show over my chin and nose. But now I re-apply only chin and nose.

Ahhhhh I want to break up with BP Weeping

Oh, Okay...That makes sense...

I was "icing" mainly to close the pores to give the roller "more surface"...thought I read that some where...

...it gives the roller a smoother surface without "skipping over" anything...I do tend to like the icing...

...could be in my head too?

Freezer, Perhaps you could try a salicylic acid acne product to help with your breakouts... also, you may be purging from your 1st roll...

...whether we like it or not, some of the traps under the skin emerge like "classic breakout"...this may be happening to you, but once they clear from within, it should be bye-bye! Waving

Yeah the ice does plump or firm up the skin for the roller to penetrate, it's just that I am so lazy about it, lol.

At Walmart, I looked into this 15x mirror (I think that's what it was - it was very intense). And I could see tons of tiny flakes of dead skin all over my face.

I know you don't want to hear this from me, but it's probably from the Retin-A...

I'm not saying it's bad, but it is a "wicked" exfoliator...lol

What else did you see in the "15X Wally World" Mirror????

I'm sure it is from the Retin-A, as you're right, it's wicked strong. I also did a peel recently too.

Whatever...(I do love that, I wish I thought of it...I could really confuse everyone ,then! Roll Eyes)...

I would "wait" until you get all of your products which I assume include either Exfol or LacSal & CP Serum & perhaps Emu Oil too?

Once you get your products, you need to "start up a routine" to acclimate the skin a bit, then tho tempting, the roller will work more as "an accelerator" to help you products work bettter...

Remember opposite end of the day is "key"...

...just curious "are you a he or a she?...

...just don't say both!.... Big Grin

Hi Summerwave,

I think I'll put on my "Mascara" today...I have a "crew of guys" coming to take away the "old granite foundation stones" from the old 1800's farmhouse that used to be on my property... (I still have the "Orginal" one room school house standing...it's NEAT!!!)

Just in case my "eyes alone" don't distract from my last few "bumps", I better get out "My Power Tool"!!!..... Embarrased

On the Body Lotion...yes,it is
"AMAZING"...subtley scented with the CPs "doing their thing"...I would save some of your $$$ on your vitamins to get a lrg bottle...I hoping SB will come out with a "Mega Bottle" w/ a pump..That would be nice!!! Smiler

I used to have "one of everything" & then some, in my "vitamin box", but I have found & learned to "synergystic balance"....Even Dr. Pickart himself doesn't know why he may be taking some of his many vitamins????

I do have a "secret power weapon" I'd be willing to share...not only does it keep your body "slim & trim" it is a wonderful "digestive aid"...

Any guesses???

Hi Stoney,

I actually don't spend that much on vitamins and I don't even take all of them that Dr. P recs. I still intend to get Q10.

Are you taking apple cider vinegar?

The old school house sounds cool. There is one standing in the area I grew up in.

How is everyone's skin today?

You are such a "Brilliant" protege!...yes, it is "Apple Cider Vineger"!

It's inexpensive & we both take it at least before breakfast & dinner....

I also have "fresh salad" almost everday & make my own "dressing" using "Organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar & red wine"....

Forget about the copper for now, you get enough in you daily....the Co Q10 is more important & a "young lass" like yourself should get plenty of benefits (including your gums..."my theory" Confused?) from 30 mg...(10 may not be enough...)

I really "Haven't looked in the Mirror, yet"...but my husband did "run out of the door" early this morning Frowner...I'm not really sure where he even went???? Hope he doen't stick me with the "motley crew"... Roll Eyes

I may have to "get out my whip"... Mad

One of the reasons I want to try the Q10 was after you said it helped your gums. I have one in particular that is receding from the tooth. It would be great to see that heal.

I'm gonna keep using the copper though. It's not that expensive and I'm sure it is doing its part.

Hey ROLLERGIRLS & GUYS! I am looking 4ward to the roll party tonight! Cheers! I have a family reunion on Sunday, so the microswelling will help me look even better, I'm sure.

I was examining the sides of my face in the bathroom mirror a while ago. Around my mouth and chin area is still my big problem spot. While there is slight discoloration on the sides of my face (it might be fading old acne marks, or it might be something CP's brought to the surface), its not bad. It's just the lower half of my face especially close to the mouth that bothers me. There is still lumpy, bumpy skin although it is a lot better.

This is my 9th week using the roller, although I have used it more than 9 times.

Also in examining my skin closely, I could see those alien bumps, some of them are half emerged from my skin! It is very tempting to pick at them, but the scab that would remain is a lot more noticeable than the bump. I did squeeze one tiny one, and the little ball came out! Usually, they do not come out with squeezing, only with digging. It was the smallest alien bump I had seen before, a real baby, lol. I hope the CP's are driving them out of my skin and this isn't new ones or something. Maybe they are abandoning ship?
