A few months ago you said you were working on a diagram to explain how problems with pigmentation are caused and how they can be corrected. Are you still doing this? When can it be expected?

Also when can the salicylic+lactic acid that you are formulated be expected?

Yes - that diagram was completed and presented to Dr. Pickart to review. He wanted us to wait for a while before posting it. We will see if he would like for us to present this to the forum here now or not.

As for the salicylic/lactic product, we are currently working on that (and a few other products to introduce in 2006). Everything does go through a rigorous process here as we try to produce what we believe will be of the highest quality and the most effective skin care available.
