I have been using skin bio products for about 2 yrs, and for the life of me I have no idea why my face continues to be darker than my neck. My face almost looks tan while my neck is much fairer. I have used super cop on face and neck, the ghk on eyes, ttt, and lac sal at night. But the two areas are worlds apart. I also still have quite a bit of freckling. Should I consider laser for this?
