Can tin peptides be used on facial skin? I have read mention of use for lips. Copper peptide remodeling can make my skin uneven, blotchy, rough. Can tin peptides be used to counteract these effects?

Dear purple and orange:

Very interesting question.

Although we do not currently carry a tin peptide product designed for facial use, a person could try it (perhaps using a bit of Tin Nail Renewal or maybe TINPEP Hand Cream. Test on a small area first.

But perhaps more important would be to find out why you believe the regimen you are using is causing an uneven, blotchy tone.

It may be that perhaps another type of copper-peptide product would actually be better for you. Or another method (or percentage) of exfoliation.

Really, for true skin remodeling nothing compares to copper-peptides.

Best Wishes,
-Skin Biology
