Hi there,

Its me again... In my first attempt with the whole Exfol serum, CP serum, Emu oil routine.. I broke out and stopped.

Now that I have pimples under control, I started this routine again.

However, I am breaking out AGAIN!

When I use the Emu oil with tea tree, it kept them under control.
But after adding the Exfol and CP, I can see bumps on my skin.. and pimples emerging again.

Please advise on what I should do?

side note: also, I have tried using the exfol serum and cp serum on my whole eye.. with no irritation (tried for about 1 week).. does that mean I can continue with this?

Thanks Dr P for your reply. While waiting for your reply then, I didnt stop using the products and thought to just ride over this outbreak.

The pimples did go away... but there are still occasional small zits here and there now...

Anyway, besides rolling my entire face on weekends, I am now adding in "needling" for spot treatments on weekdays.

I have some questions which I hope anyone can help me with....

1) How deep should I poke the needle into the skin?

2) I heard that some people hear a popping sound when they reach the right depth, is this 100%?

3) Does the popping sound and the dry needling work for both depressed and raised scars?

4) Is it ok if I apply the Exfol serum then needle?
Then wait for it to stop oozing then apply CP serum and Emu?

Thanks for any advise...

I read that..."quote:
1) NEVER apply emu oil on oozing, open skin/wounds etc ... since this can make the oozing last longer !!!

2) NEVER apply Copper Peptides on open/OOZING wounds, because they can cause
a too-rapid healing which may produce scarring.

3.) Once the wound has scabbed over, we can start to apply CP'S and the EMU OIL over it, since this will accelerate the "

So if I needle/ dermaroll and wait for the bleeding and liquid to stop oozing.. then I can apply the products ON THE SAME DAY right?

Or should I wait for a few days etc?

i think you need to stop w/ the cp serum and use GHK. i know it's more expensive but using a little will go a long way.

or use the cp serum every 2 or 3 days or so.

the SRCP are strong!
you may have sensitive skin.

just order some ghk

Hey Lethargy,

At the moment, the acne is more or less controlled (I dont know how.. It just is..) Maybe it got used to the CP.

I use CP and Exfol once a day now, but when I tried increasing it to 2 times a day, I see that new pimples are READY to emerge.. so I think I have to do this slowly....

Thanks for your concern and posting =)
