Hello:

I have been using Tri-red to spot treat just on 3 spots - one of which is an indented scar and the other 2 are just very tiny pit scars (which look like enlarged pores). Within the first 2 days of using Tri-red, I had what looked like light scabbing, but it was not dark in color but white, it just looked dark because of the color of the Tri-Red. Then the white scabs on the spots would stick around for a few days then fall off after a week but the scars remained and had not improved. In fact, they looked larger. So I continued and I have noticed whatever spot I spot-treat with the Tri-Red, this "scab" (for lack of a better word) appears the next day, to stick around for a few days, then would fall off. I am at the end of my second week and the scab has fallen off again but none of my scars have improved. Could you tell me what I am doing wrong? Should I move up to Super Cop 2X? I have/do use Super CP serum all over including the scars for over a month and that did not do anything for the scars, which is why I moved up to Tri-Red but I dont think Tri-Red is helping with the skin-remodelling.

Thank you for your help.

You are doing everything right. Many scars look larger as the thin covering of better-looking outer skin is removed. Then the damage is slowly pushed up and finally ejected from the skin.

Let your skin keep responding. Don't move to stronger products for at least a month.
