Hi Dr Pickart,
I think I have my active acne under control already and I am now using the Exfol serum + CP serum + emu oil. I also roll with a 1.5mm once a week. I used to use BP and I noticed fine lines on my forehead, cheeks (areas which I applied BP). I also have some reddish acne scars and pitted acne scars. I want to know if my routine above is ENOUGH to remove/ greatly improve all of the imperfections above? |

Your approach will get you started.
As you progress, much of the buried damage will be pushed upward. As the damage is removed, your skin quality and youthfulness will improve. |

Dear Dr Pickart,
Thanks for your reply! So once I finish the serums, I should upgrade to the stronger serums and acids right? And when can I add in the spot treatment glycolic acid? What % should I go with? For the large pores and fine lines on my cheeks, should I use the fan brush and apply the while area? Or is glycolic only recommended for spot treatments with small areas? |

Finish the products that you have. Then you could go to a stronger AHA acid - between 20 and 40% for a spot treatment. But follow the instructions for using the strong acids safely.
