Hi, I really need your help....I used a product which irritated my skin back
6 months ago. Since then, everything I used just keep it irritated. Do you have
anything that will improve my skin?

Thanks Meverllyn

Dear Meverllyn:

To soothe irritated skin the best thing to do is to be careful with the types of cleansers you are using and be sure to use a mild copper-peptide product to assist in renewal (such as Super GHK-Copper or Protect & Restore Cream).

A little bit of Emu Oil-S Lipid Replenisher may be helpful as your skin builds itself back up.

But take things slowly. Contact us at 1-800-405-1912 for more personalized suggestions. If anything worsens, be sure to consult your dermatologist or physician.

Thanks for the reply, I purchased your protect and restore cream, been using it for about 2 weeks now without any irritation(hooray). Since I have hyperpigmentation, when can i start using the lactic power 10. I have not been using any thing to exfoliate my skin due to my skin being irritated.

Thanks
Meverllyn

Dear Meverllyn:

If your skin is irritated you will want to very closely monitor your skin's reaction and wait until the irritation has completely calmed down before attempting use of a hydroxy acid.

In fact, you may want to first start with Exfol Cream (2%) before very gradually working up to Lactic Power (10%).

It's best to go very slow.
