I was at the drug store today...I saw Aveeno unscented moisturizer on the shelf....the main ingredient is Dimethicone at 1.5%...If I'm not mistaken, Dimethicone is another name for silicone, which helps get rid of scars...If I used this moisturizer on my face and cheeks would it help smooth out the appearance of my facial impefections???

I don't think much of silicones on the skin.
