I bought a home led phototherapy device mainly to reduce any new acne and therefore avoid new scars while treating my current ones with super cp serum and emu oil. It has a blue setting which it advertises as for acne but when I got it it gave the nm of the blue light as 462 but I was under the impression that the blue light needs to be 405-420 to be effective for acne. I'd really appreciate any help/knowledge you have on this.

Dear Ilusa:
You might want to do a search throughout this forum. Other clients may have valuable feedback on the use of your device. Also contact the manufacturer as they will have the most accurate information on how your device should be used. Best Wishes, -Skin Biology |
