I ordered some products over the phone in June, a couple of months ago, but I did not get a free sample of skin signals. Every day when I visit to read messages on the chat forum, I see the offer for a sample of skin signals, free with any order. Does the free sample not apply to people who order by phone?

they do give free samples. It says on the site that if they are out of what you ask for they can replace with another product, but I am not sure what happens if they forget to put it in the package but I am assuming since it is free they are not obliged to resend but call and ask.
