Hi. I had a fractional laser on my face and hyperpigmented badly. This is over 10 months ago. The colour has faded alot but there's still discolouration especially under my eyes - I have the panda circles. Also the texture of the skin is very rough. I've already ordered and recieved my CP serum, Lacsal and Emu Oil. I also have a sample of the Trireduction cream. Am not sure how to go about using these as there seems to be conflicting results from different users. Some says it works, others that it scars and yet others who say there's no change at all. My dermatologist says that CPs only work the first few days of the laser and do nothing for the skin otherwise. I am just wondering if anyone has had success treating something similar and whether these products really do make the skin better? Thanks.

Dear SN:
Thank you for posting your questions - You may want to first carefully review the following links: http://reverseskinaging.com/renewalmethods.html http://reverseskinaging.com/postprocedure.html Although clients may post different ways of using various products, the key ingredients you'll find in all testimonials is that the client was (1) using some type of copper-peptide, and in most cases (2) using some type of method of abrasion. If you do a search throughout this forum you'll find others who may have posted their own experiences and their comments may be of help. Remember though that what works for one person may not necessarily work the exact same way for another. SRCPs (Skin Remodeling Copper-Peptides) were originally discovered in the field of wound healing by biochemist Dr. Loren Pickart. This very special ingredient has been proven to have a profound effect on the skin and to be quite effective in repairing skin damage. There are numerous published studies from independent laboratories corroborating Dr. Pickart's findings - See: http://reverseskinaging.com/studies.html Actually no other researcher, or cosmetic company, working on skin has the same depth of independent, published confirmation on such a variety of inventions and fundamental discoveries on tissue renewal and regeneration as Dr. Pickart does. Copper-peptides trigger the signal for repair in the skin and for your concerns we'd recommend the following: AM - After cleansing the skin, apply a light amount of CP Serum (which contains a strong concentration of SRCPs that can be used very lightly once a day). This should just barely cover the face without leaving it excessively wet or damp. Be careful with using around the eye area, or if you have sensitive skin. We recommend using mild copper-peptides for the delicate skin around the eye area. For this area it is more appropriate to start with CP Night Eyes or Super GHK-Copper Cream (which contain mild copper-peptides) Emu Oil-S is a lipid replenisher or moisturizer that biochemically is very comparable to human skin oil and is supplemented with our own mix of antioxidants. Apply lightly on top of copper-peptides. PM - After cleansing the skin, apply a very light amount of LacSal Cream (a 10% hydroxy acid chemical exfoliant which helps to break down damaged skin proteins). Again, be cautious when using around the eye area, as the skin is very thin and too much exfoliation can cause irritation. TriReduction Cream can be compared to a "cream equivalent of CP Serum". You can substitute your CP Serum with your sample of TriReduction Cream when you are ready to test it out. This way you can compare the sample and decide which one (CP Serum OR TriRed) is best for you. Best Wishes, -Skin Bio Team |

Thanks for your reply. Which is stronger - CP serum or Trireduction? Also, I tried using 2 drops of CP serum for my entire face but it was not enough to cover the full face? Should I use more? I am introducing CP serum really slowly to my under eyes - am applying Emu Oil before I put this under the eyes. Is this ok? Am trying to be conservative but am also wanting to see results. Thanks.

Trireduction is stronger.
You can use more CP Serum. We always ask clients to start with a small amount to test the response of their skin to the product. You also should use a hydroxy acid product like LacSal Cream to loosen and help remove the damaged tissue. |

Hi. Thanks for your reply. It's been about a week now that I've started the CP serum, Lacsal serum and Emu Oil. I feel my skin is getting smoother. I also seem to be able to apply CP serum to my under eyes without any irritation, so am continuing to do so every night before I apply emu oil on top. I apply the Lacsal serum in the mornings for a few hours and then wash it off and only apply emu oil under the eyes. So far so good. Am just wondering whether I will soon see the "baggy" eyes many have complained about? Thanks.

The key is going slow and don't overuse the products. Skin remodeling is the removal of older and damaged skin and its replacement by new, firmer, and most elastic skin. You can remove older skin rapidly but the new skin can only be build so fast. You try to get a balance of Out-With The Old/In-With-The-New. |
