I really did it this time. I look like I have a seriouse case of chicken pox! I had this procedure done before for broken caps, however this time he used a different machine and it left dark red bruises that are welted all over my face. He said it would take 10 days for them to diminish! I was wondering if it would be ok to apply your new GHK serum to help heal this mess up a little quicker.

Yes, use the GHK serum but start it lightly. You might follow this with a light amount of Emu Oil for Skin.

In one study, GHK-Cu at 2% in a cream did not reduce post treatment erythema. However, patient satisfaction was significantly higher for those who used GHK-Cu after CO(2) laser skin resurfacing.

Thanks, I have been using the emu, but wasn't sure about GHK-Cu. I'll keep you posted how fast it heals up. In one spot he was a bit sloppy and there is a pustule. However, that one does not seem to feel any more sensitive than the others.

p.s. I'm impressed by the apparent ease in which you referenced that study. I can tell you've written a few papers in your time.

The reference came from a new review article on SRCPs that should be out this year of the next.

Well, it has taken longer than the 10 days that he indicated it would take for these laser bruises to heal. I was really worried, because he hit some areas so hard that it opened the skin. I can safely say at this time, there will be no scaring. Thumbs UP! I am so thankful for having your GHK-Cu available to help this heal.

Each day use a light amount of CP Serum followed by a light amount of Emu Oil for Skin with antioxidants.

Hi Dr. Pickard,

thanks for the reply Smiler

So i just wet my wounded face 1st , then apply the the CP serum ,followed by emu oil?

May i know is exfol cream allowed to use during the recovery from laser? OR just simply the serum and emu oil will do?

If i use exfol cream on my recovered face, will acne occurs again?

Thanks in advances.

But just use a small amount of CP until your skin is better.

Don't use Exfol until your skin is in a healthy condition.
