looking for any advice on what to do about severely allergic skin. recently had a serious reaction (eye and face swelling, itching, fevered skin) which was treated with prednisone, oral antihistamines, allergy eye drops, and hydrocortisone cream. however, my skin has been "breaking out" for several months; what I thought was rosacea I believe now to be allergy. Blood tests showed no food allergy; I am to undergo patch testing at the end of the month. In the meanwhile, I need to wash and moisturize with something (to say nothing of makeup)... even vanicream seems not to agree with me. any suggestions or similar situations? thank you

The Super GHK-Copper serum may help but start it lightly.

GHK-Copper is naturally in the human body and has a wide spectrum of anti-inflammatory actions: Suppresses oxygen and carbonyl free radicals, thromboxane formation, release of oxidizing iron, TGF-beta-1 (the scar forming protein), TNF-alpha (felt to cause psoriasis), and protein glycation. Simultaneously, its anti-inflammatory actions increase superoxide dismutase, vasodilation, and blocks ultraviolet damage to skin keratinocytes,

Also look at your diet. Modern diets are biochemically inflammatory from an over use of corn oil and soybean oil. Each day take 3 grams salmon oil, 1 gram of MSM, 500 mgs vitamin C, 200 mgs alpha lipic acid, and 200 mgs of CoQ10.

There is a good discussion of skin rashes at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contact_dermatitis
