In the last few months I have lost a substantial amount of eyebrow hair due to swelling from an IPL laser treatment on my forehead (done in March) and recent dermatitis/eczema. What do you recommend that I use to regrow the hair? Should I wait until my eyebrows are less itchy and pink? Would the Folligen and Emu oil be irritating? Any advice you can offer is much appreciated. Thank you!
