Hi, I have 2 questions:

1. Has the formulation of Exfol serum been changed? I thought it was 3% BHA but I just saw on the website that's described now as 2% BHA. (Why change a good thing?)

2. Is the Skin Signals solution made with second generation copper peptides or GHK? I do much better with GHK (I get a rash or overuse symptoms from the regular stuff.) Thanks.

okay I lied, I have a 3rd question

3. Is it possible to buy samples anymore, or are they only available if you spend $50 on a purchase?

Dear PocoLoco:

1. Exfol Serum has always been 2% salicylic acid (which is a beta-hydroxy acid). We do carry a 10% hydroxy acid (LacSal Cream/LacSal Serum), but the formula of Exfol Serum/Cream has stayed the same.

2. Skin Signals Solution uses second generation (stronger) copper-peptides. Test it out to see how your skin responds. But it definitely is stronger. Free sample of Skin Signals - CLICK HERE

3. Trial Packs (or "sample sizes") can be added to your online cart through the link below:
Order Trial Kits

The online trial packs come with set products. But if you order over the phone we can Mix & Match any of the following products - 3 Tester Jars for $11:

-Protect & Restore Creams (Classic, Day Cover, or High Retinol)
-Exfol Cream
-TriReduction
-Emu Oil-S Lipid Replenisher for Skin
-Emu Oil-S Lipid Replenisher for Hair
-Folligen Cream
-Folligen Lotion
-BioHeal

Thanks very much for your speedy reply.

For what it's worth, I think that Exfol serum is the best product EVER for sensitive/pre-rosacea skin. I just love it and hope that you never stop making it.

I'd like to try the Skin Signals...I could mix it with some plain aloe vera gel to start out.

Great! Let us know how that works for you.

In the past, when LacSal was going to replace Exfol, we had such an outpouring of very positive feedback from clients who just love Exfol Serum and Exfol Cream and wanted to make sure that we would not replace it.

It is definitely a product that has worked for many clients for many years now.

Best Wishes,
-Skin Bio Team
