How do you tell the difference between SuperCop and 2x ? - the containers look identical in the pictures. What should the actual products look like?
I just received both the full size and the sample size of 2x and they look, smell and feel different from each other.
Can someone please explain? Has anyone come across this before?

They are very similar but the 2X has twice the SRCPs.

The difference is that the 2X is on the verge of falling apart into oil and water. It is difficult to formulate such products without detergents.

Can I dilute them with water?

Yes, now I have full sizes of both SC & SC2x and the 2x is well, runnier. I think when I initially had full and sample size of 2x, the sample had 'turned' and was dark, thicker and had less scent. It was no less effective, so this wasn't a problem.
