First of all I would like to express my great appreciation for these wonderful products which are the only thing that have given me hope for my poor skin condition. I've used the facial regeneration test kit for less than a week and I've already seen improvement in my skin texture (I have large pores and shallow pitted scars). There is just some conflicting information I've come across, and want to make sure that I'm doing this correctly so I can be sure this keeps working in the long run.

your site says AHA should be used at the opposite end of the days as a copper product, but the instructions in the kit say to apply the LacSal, then Protect & Restore with High Retinol 30 minutes after. Is this correct?

If I do at-home microdermabrasion containing AHA twice a week, can I apply CP serum or protect & restore with high retinol after that? which copper product would be best after microdermabrasion?

I was on Benzaclin and Retin-A for the longest time, but should I forgo these 2 products now? can protect & restore with High Retinol replace Retin-A, or is the concentration of retinol much different?

sorry if my questions seem lengthy. I tried to be as concise as possible, but these are just some things I'm confused about. Thank you for your time.

Dear sundamage:

Thank you for posting - We'd be happy to assist!

You will notice that even on the chat forum here clients are using the products in a variety of ways and have been getting good results. We encourage clients to try a few different methods to find what works best for their individual skin. But in general, here are our answers:

1. For most cliens new to copper-peptides we recommend to start with just once a day applications. Apply the copper-peptide product once a day and the hydroxy acid at the opposite end the day.

They can work up to twice a day applications, or if they would like to use the product back-to-back with an exfoliator, apply the exfoliator first -wait 30 minutes- then apply the copper-peptide on top.

2. After your at-home microdermabrasion you could use either CP Serum or Protect & Restore afterward. CP Serum is stronger than the P&R Cream. If you have drier skin though, you may want to use P&R with High Retinol. You can always rotate the two products if you'd like.

3. The retinol (retinyl-palmitate) in P&R with High Retinol although a derivative of vitamin A, acts very differently than Retin-A. There is much confusion about this. But the retinol used in P&R with High Retinol is an added moisturizer. A person could use their Retin-A product along with P&R with High Retinol... The P&R Cream is like a copper-peptide + moisturizer.

Best Wishes,
