Hi Dr. Pickart/ Skin Bio,

I'm a bit confused about squalene.
In my knowlegde, the squalene comes from deep sea shark liver oil.
Is it different with the skin bio squalene?

skin bio's squalene ingredients:
Pure squalane from olea europaea (olive) fruit oil.

Our squalane is from European olive oil.

Fishermen first started using oils from sharke livers to help heal their hands. Shark livers are high in squalane and once were used to make squalane but most squalane is now from olives.
