I’m new to the chat
I put an online order in last week, received a confirmation email. Since then I’ve called the 1800 number 5 times and no answer or reply. Also I’ve emailed them 5 times.
Has anyone got any advice to contact them?

Also, like you, I put an online order more than two weeks ago and received a confirmation email. I receive nothing else since then and all my intents of communication with Skin Biology Customer Service have been null. It's very frustrating...
